  • Full Day available from 8 am-5 pm and is a 9-hour block of time

  • Half Day available from 8 am-5 pm and is a 4-hour block of time

  • Extended Care allows you an extra 2 hours to pick up your pets from daycare

  • Overnights are a 12-hour block of time, typically from 8 pm- 8 am also please be sure to select daycare and overnight for vacation booking

  • Cancellations 24 hours or less charge of $15

  • Drop off location- please ring the doorbell at the side gate to notify me that you have arrived

  • For dogs under 1yr boarding overnight, I highly recommend a crate as puppies do love getting into things and are naturally very curious. In addition, if during the day I need to leave to run an errand or dog walk, a crate would be helpful while not being home. I might be able to supply one if available.

Rules and Policies for Daycare and Overnight Care

Hours of Operation

  • Daycare: Closed on Tuesdays. Overnight stays are still available on Tuesdays.

Vaccination Requirements

  • All pets must have up-to-date vaccinations, including:

    • Rabies

    • Bordetella (kennel cough)

  • Proof of vaccinations must be provided prior to attending daycare or overnight stays.

Waiver Requirement

  • A signed waiver is mandatory for all pets to attend daycare and/or stay overnight. This ensures the safety and well-being of all pets in our care.

Booking Policies

  • When booking, ensure to reserve for both daycare and overnight care for each applicable day.

  • If you plan to pick up your pet in the afternoon following a boarding stay, please book daycare for that day as well to account for the additional care.

Communication Guidelines

  • For general inquiries, please contact us via email.

  • For urgent matters or questions regarding upcoming care, you may reach out via text. We will respond as promptly as possible.

Additional Rules and Policies

  1. Pets exhibiting signs of illness or contagious conditions will not be admitted until cleared by a veterinarian.

  2. All pets must arrive on a leash or in a carrier to ensure their safety and the safety of others.

  3. Late pick-ups may incur additional fees; please adhere to the agreed pick-up times.

  4. Personal items such as toys or blankets may be brought but must be labeled. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

  5. Any behavioral issues or aggression must be disclosed during booking; pets exhibiting unsafe behavior may be denied entry.

Bad Weather Policy

  • For the safety of our customers, the Cancellation fee will be void during unpredictable weather this will apply to dog walks and pet visits. This will be for the comfortability and safety of the dogs and our staff’s safety. The weather that will void cancellation fees is ice/snow and rain. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Weekend and Holiday Policy

  • Be sure to book your holiday overnights in advance as spots fill up very quickly. Please note prices increase for overnights that fall on holidays. The holidays that cause an increase in prices are as follows New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial day weekend, Easter Weekend, 4th of July, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas Eve, and Christmas day
